i've added links from the jakarta site to the foundation page. (i'll leave the jakarta there but unlinked since my theory for jakarta is what goes up shouldn't come down.)
i have a few cosmetic changes which (i think) improve the look of the page. i've attached a patch. if anyone likes the changes, they might like to check them in.
