I included a patch to add a link to the new page off of the Foundation menu. Both the formatting and placement are just initial suggestions. If others think this is a good idea, we can reformat / pull apart / relocate in whatever way makes sense.
I have received a lot of positive comments on that content and I'm very happy (and proud) that Phil took the time and effort to do this.
I would be honored if that became the "official" document on the ASF.
I also received a bunch of suggestions mostly from Ben and Jason (here copied because I'm not sure they are subscribed here). I hope they chime in.
