If you do a direct conversion, sure, but if you're consulting
full-time (which isn't what Rich is doing, I know), you have to factor
in additional taxes, insurance, overhead, and non-billable hours,
otherwise you'd never actually see a salary of $75k working at $35/hr.

Moreover, we're talking about Rich, an expert on this particular
subject.  I'd expect his time to be worth a premium.
