Hi all,
first of all thank thanks to all those who made Python and GIS Lab projects
possible.

I'm a newbie with python and Python GIS libraries, and I have a question
that could be in some way wrong (it's in some way more related to CAD than
GIS): is there a way to rotate a vector layer with shapely (or another
python GIS library)?

If yes where can I find some documentation?

Best regards,

Andrea
