Well, if it's GSM+GPRS and nothing fancy, than yes. You need to figure out the APN (access point name), but techs at the callcenter or your current phone should give you that. (And if it's really T-mobile built, not bought, the APN will almost certainly be the same as in other T-Mobile networks). That's it.
