You can use TeleNav if you know where you are and where you're going. You only have to pay the extra $10 for the TeleNav service to use the GPS on the phone. Without the GPS, it'll still give you the turn-by-turn directions, but you have to manually advance the steps (much like Google Maps) as you travel.
