If you are checking mulitple hops in Declude, do not use ZEN as that includes PBL. PBL is a database of end user IP addresses that you should not be receiving email from, but if you are checking multiple hops declude will check that user IP and will then fail a ZEN test, even if the email came through a correct proper email server.
