If you still have problems passing Parameters, You might be able to create a
batch file to take care of the difficult things.
c:\nod32.bat %1 %2 %3...
Where %1 is parameter that may change from scan to scan. (Don't remember if
you have to call the file name from command line scanner)
Batch file could be
"C:\Program Files\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\ecls.exe %1 /no-boots /sfx /rtp
/adware /unsafe /unwanted /pattern /heur /clean-mode=NONE /no-log-console"
It has been a while since I worked with batch files, but I believe you can
pass the results from the exe back to the batch file as well. Not elegant,
but it may work if the other does not.

Actually Scott I am testing this and this may actually work, as declude is
NOT complaining about a space in a PARAMETER of the executable. This looks
positive so far.

That will not work as one of the parameters is you have to define the path
to the base directory where the modules of the program are IF they are not
in sub-directories where the executable is being called, which would still
have the space in it.

Another option I have used with other programs. I just made a copy of the
.exe and placed it in a root level folder Say
c:\nod32\ecls.exe /...
I don't know for sure if it will run that way, but worth a try.

Subject: [MBF]Working on using NOD32 as a scanner for Declude
I am working on using NOD32 as an additional scanner for Declude Virus but
am running into a problem with spaces in the path.
Setting Scan File 2 to C:\Program Files\ESET NOD32 Antivirus\ecls.exe
/no-boots /sfx /rtp /adware /unsafe /unwanted /pattern /heur
/clean-mode=NONE /no-log-console
ERROR: SCANFILE option must not have any spaces in the pathname
The problem is \ESET NOD32 Antivirus\ as if I try to use \ESET~1\ it can not
find it.
Your virus scanner DOES NOT EXIST (at C:\Progra~1\ESET~1\ecls.exe
Suggestions?
