OK, here is the configuration I have that is working if anyone else wants to use it. This is for Business verion 4, but looking at the instructions for version 5 they are the same.
SCANFILE2 C:\Progra~1\ESET\ecls.exe /base-dir="C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET NOD32 AntiVirus" /no-boots /sfx /rtp /adware /unsafe /unwanted /pattern /heur /clean-mode=NONE /no-log-console VIRUSCODE2 50 VIRUSCODE2 10 Exit code 50 is a threat was found, exit code 10 is some files could not be scanned and treat as suspicious. Again, this is working with COPYING the ecls.exe FROM "C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET NOD32 AntiVirus\" TO "C:\Program Files\ESET\" This is on Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit and the installed version of NOD32 is 4.2.71.2 64 bit Business edition. I am using ClamWin for for the first scanner.
