I am having an issue with a few companies and SenderBase. Customers have
attempted to send email to companies like GM and Dell only to have their email
rejected with the error:
554 Connections from this sending hostname xxx.xxxxxxxxx.com, IP address of:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx are being rejected due to low SenderBase Reputation score
(below -1). Your SenderBase organization: xxxxxx.
I check SenderBase's website and see that we are listed as a "Neutral" and have
been for quite a while.
Does anyone have any insight as to what may be happening.
