Not that it matters at this point. But IMail users do have control on a per user basis by adding an email address to the users web address book will automatically whitelist the sender. The migration from IM to SM can be done and is not too difficult we have assisted with many of these migrations. At the end of the day SM is ahead of IM in functionality. Declude does not work inside MS exchange but can work with MS exchange if it is setup on a gateway using something like SM, IM or Alligate.
