The following chefs are participating in Chefs in a Garden this year.
Community Gardeners donate fresh veggies and herbs and thechefs provide
everything else like meats, fish, flours, pastas and dairy to prepare dishes
live, on site, for 250 people. This year they are:

Dave Owens and Bill Cardwell, Cardwell's on the Plaza
Josh Allen, Companion Baking
Cary McDowell, Liluma
Steve Gontram, Harvest
Matt McGuire and Kirk Warner, King Louie's
Larry Fuse, Jr., Lorenzo's Trattoria
Brian Hale, Monarch
Robert Opdenbrouw, Patty Long's Nineth Street Abby
David Timney, SqWires, they are also hosting the event, providing much of
what we would have to rent

Sample dishes:
Carmelized Onion Risotto on a bed of Grilled Summer Squash with Blue Goat
Cheese and a Concasse of Heirloom Tomatoes with a Basil Chiffonade
Pan Roasted Salmon on Yellow Wax and Pole Beans, Roasted Yellow Finnish
Potatoes and Ruby Chard Ragout with an Heirloom Tomato Vinaigrette
Charred Sea Scallops on Jalapeno Cream Sauce with Roasted Corn Salsa
Stuffed Flank Steak Midwest Bounty with Braised Leeks and Roasted Shallot
Port Wine Reduction

Betsy, not quite what you asked for but still a mighty fine contribution to
our organization from the gardeners and chefs alike! Gwenne
