I was watching the Victory Garden on PBS and they highlighted the San Francisco victory garden on City Hall. They mentioned the borders (raised beds) that looked like burlap but it wasn't it was some kind of recycled product found locally. Does anyone know what it is and how it would be superior to burlap? and has anyone done a bed like that, how does it stand up over time? what are the limitations...I'm in Cleveland so we get frozen ground and heaving that San Fran might not get...thanks! samantha -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
