Dear Fellow Garden Advocates, Land use policy in San Diego has encumbered the creation of community gardens and farms with barriers we hope to overcome. We will be going before the Land Use and Housing Subcommittee of the San Diego City Council to request a streamlining of the application process so that urban agriculture can thrive in our city. One of the most compelling arguments that we have is the good work already in progress in other cities, and we hope you could bolster our argument by signing this support letter.
