Dear All,

Sweet Water Organics has helped set up the Sweet Water Foundation for the
purpose of harvesting the information and knowledge gained by an effort to
raise perch and tilapia on a commercial scale in a vintage factory building
in Milwaukee.

We are looking for researchers to explore the sustainability of such an
enterprise as well as collaborate with groups like Backyard Aquaponics in
Australia.

This video chronicles the creation of Sweet Water Organics, now with 80,000
yellow perch and tilapia,
another 100,000 perch over the next year or so.
