I'm thinking it might already happen in Ameri Corps....they pay minimal
stipends and provide work experience.

Does anyone have a Volunteer Handbook they would be willing to share.....we're
just getting started and it would help.
Thanks,

Good Afternoon,

I am searching for research on using community gardens as spaces for
workforce development. Would anyone be able to provide reports, possibly
even job descriptions, or articles that account for the capacity for
community gardens to be used as spaces for individuals to get work
experience and transferable skills?

Respectfully,
