Hi all, I developed an interpretive sign for a community garden a number of years ago, and could go back to it and let you know what we put into it.
As for specific images, it sounds like you are talking more about icons than images - i.e. recycling, and traffic signs. Perhaps you'd be interested in working with an illustrator to develop some icons. Sustainbility education is actually a specialty of mine, and I'm convinced of the value of custom (or customizable) images. And/or, there was a free library of icons developed during the first surge of the Occupy movement. It is possible that there are some useful images in that library. I'm afraid I'd have to do a little digging to come up with the link, but I'd be happy to do it if you are interested. Feel free to contact me directly if you'd like to follow up on this conversation in more detail. Bethann * * *Bethann G.
