ACGA Conference Call for Proposals The deadline for conference proposals is quickly approaching. Don't wait, submit your proposal by March 15th to be considered to present at this year's ACGA conference in Seattle.

The 2013 ACGA annual conference brings together hundreds of individuals from across the United States, Canada, and abroad who are engaged in all aspects of gardening and greening. The conference includes hands-on workshops, presentations, keynote speakers, a film festival, and visits to community, learning, and therapeutic gardens; urban farms; urban parks; and other green space in Seattle, WA. Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Grant Program In support of ACGA's mission, and to support sustainable community gardening efforts, Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day and ACGA are pleased to announce the 2013 Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Grow Inspired Garden Grant Program. One garden in each of four communities – New York City, Washington D.C., San Francisco and Portland – will be selected to receive a grant award of $4,000 apiece along with other gardening support this year. The application deadline is March 12, 2013.
