Our city is declaring us Tier 5  and planning for a charge of 175% above
"costs" or present fees.
for our plot we receive
1. plot 15' by 20' with hardwood chip paths around each.  There is one cement
path thru the center.

2. http://www.chinquapingardens.org
3. water- 6 house bids with hoses.

4. our land is sloping and increasing surrounded with large trees.
5. Wood chips at two locations with 2 wheel barrows to move things aroung.
6. Our garden is 175 plots.

Each plot is yours iffff you keep it up, clear the weeds, stay organic
(planters or raised beds can be plastic) and pay the fees 55$ yearly.  The
waiting list is handled by the city and in an untransparent fashion.  You may
have partners but money is not to change hands ( sublease. It is often handed
down to family members.

There is talk/rumours of lottery distribution of plots and yearly change.
Whats happening at your gardens?
