Dear All,

The SWF has a MacArthur funded start-up digital training and credentialing
platform that is developing ascending levels of information resources for
competencies in water, fish, plants, and systems. This platform,
http://www.aquapons.info <http://www.aquaponics.info>, is being tested in
many places across the nation and beyond.

The directors of this project, Emmanuel Pratt and Jesse Blom, are open for
on-line start-up conversations with people interested in exploring the
elaboration of this platform into some kind of wiki resource for
aquaponics, initially, and then over time other knowledge domains like
vermiculture, community garden development, and so forth.

Please send an e-mail with subject line "Wiki Aquaponics Brainstorm" if
interested.

*Replicating/Connecting Wisconsin and Ohio State Supported Aquaponics
Networks*

Also, state agencies in Wisconsin and Ohio are funding two civil servants
to develop networks supporting the advance of local fish farming.
Christine Lilek of Wisconsin and Laura Tiu of Ohio are open to expanding
their support in collaboration with counterparts in other states. Can
anyone provide introductions to advance this vision of every state funding
projects like Laura's and Christine's, and all of these state initiatives
connecting their work to accelerate our advance.

What say?

Godsil
