re:  Creative Options for Bringing Water to the Garden

One of our community gardeners, Matthew Stanfield, is an architect who designed 
a free standing rain harvesting system, since there was no easy access to water 
or downspouts at that garden.

Using tarps supported on a frame of PVC & 4x4s, he created a funnel like 
drainage area, about 100 sq ft, that runs into a rain barrel and an overflow 
tank.

One of our other gardeners said it looked like a rain flower.  Running with 
that idea, Matthew now markets to community and home gardeners under the 
product name RainFLOWr.
