At the volunteer farm where I spend my free time, we have at least 5 different
kinds of wheelbarrows. Without a doubt, the ones that get the most use are two
wheeled (20") with a plastic bucket. They are stable. Everyone, young and old,
LOVES those wheelbarrows because they are easy to handle and very stable - no
tipping. I purchased them in 2010 for about $100 each at a Lowes or Home
Depot. We store ours outside so the spokes have rusted and the foam on the
handle has worn away but aside from needing to put air in the tires they've
been fine. I've seen similar ones in Gardener's Supply but Farm Tek has ones
that look just like the ones I've been using.
