I know, that makes sense.  Here's the problem though.  I'm using
HopToad and it is working for me.  It's reporting exceptions.

However, my friend is seeing this particular error on Sign-In.  And
there is no exception reported in HopToad.......

Any idea what's going on?  Thanks
