Hi John, I took a look at the visualization tool (http://ecai.org/textpatternanalysis) - pretty neat!
I look forward to knowing how adding other texts works out with the tool, e.g. the Quran. If you need any help regarding the annotated Quranic morphological data, please let me know, I would be more than happy to help further clarify how the Arabic text of the Quran has been annotated.
