Ok, that was my first thought, but it did not work, the drive did not spin
up. It is an Apple drive, on the front left corner (considering the
perspective) there is a block with three sets of two jumpers. They are not
labled or terminiated. Are these the SCSI ID terminals?

You can get splitters at pretty much any PC parts shop.
