a. Make sure that you are using MacTCP 2.0.6 and that you have run Network Software 
Installer 1.5.1.

b. Enter the IP addresses of your ISP's DNS servers. In the domain field, enter a . 
character. Reboot after making changes.

c. It is possible that DNS _is_ working but that MacTCP disagrees with your ISP's 
routers or proxy servers. What happens if you use a ping utility to contact a remote 
host rather than a web browser? The unofficial updater to MacTCP 2.1 at 
http://www.mactcp.org.nz/mactcp.html sometimes solves problems like this.

MacTCP precedes DHCP IP address resolution. The "server" option in MacTCP works with 
RARP (Remote Address Resolution Protocol) and BootP (Boot Protocol) servers.
