I'm not sure if this works on Epoxy, but many adhesives are 
susceptible to heat.  You might try cooking it with a heat gun up to 
600 - 800 F say.    I'm not sure how high a  temp the case plastics 
will tolerate though.

I keep seeing mention of restoring the original 128K Macs.  Is there 
any reason one couldn't simply buy the old lower capacity RAM chips 
and install them?  I'm sure they're not common, but I've seen lots on 
Ebay and such that were probably the correct density.   What are 
they?  64K X 1?
