Hi all,

As a 16-year vet of Apple Computers and a school
computer technician since 1992, I've worked with more
than my share of compact Macs. At one time I was one
of many who knew about the workings of these, but
we've hired all new IT folks, switched to Windows, and
now I'm stuck maintaining the 100 or so remaining Macs
(most are in storage, including a few Classics) in the
district.

Over time I have accumulated a good number of compact
Macs myself. In fact I have a 128K in box coming from
a friend later this summer. The majority have come
from the school throwing things away (before we found
a charity that takes old computers) or from teachers
who need room in their houses. However, I am also
downsizing what I currently have, as I am going to
have to move sometime in the next 6-12 months. I
currently have a decent sized house, but my next
dwelling will be a townhouse. Therefore I need to cut
my collection in half, maybe more. (That 128K is
definitely staying, as is the in-box Lisa).

First to go will be an SE I got for parts and an SE/30
that works well, has some kind of Radius card, yet has
a case that looks like it was physically absued. The
regular SE is a SuperDrive model but has a bum analog
board and floppy (the floppy is fixable because I have
a ton of spares). Sometime on June 20 I will be
listing these on eBay--I am new to selling there.

Since there aren't that many machines that match the
description of the two I wish to list (along with some
Apple II stuff), I was wondering what a good price may
be. I was thinking about starting about $5-ish for
both, but if that's too high let me know sometime
before tomorrow afternoon when I get home from work
(tech guys at my school never get days off in the
summer).

Scott
