The printed circuit board was assembled using either wave or reflow soldering 
techniques that involve pre-heating the entire board to about 150 deg C and 
then higher for a short period to flow the solder.

Sometimes heat sensitive components are added by hand later but for a major 
producer - Apple - that is too expensive.
