I didn't use the dishwasher, but I did wash a Power Tower Pro board in hot water and it was just fine afterwards. So probably any Mac motherboard will be fine. Just make sure everything is dry before plugging it in again.

The only things I think you have to be careful of in the washing process is the water being too hot (not sure what the safe temperature limit for this is) and never use the heat-dry setting. Too much heat will start warping components. Take it out and let it air-dry.
