this may be a different issue. I don't see SFWoggl in the
workspace anymore. I believe it was deleted because gnome
already ships ogg-vorbis.

If you look at the version of SFWoggl:

VERSION=1.0,REV=2006.11.10.05.52

it was indeed last built in November. But it shouldn't be
downloadable anymore because it's not part of the workspace.
Maybe this is part of the problem - perhaps some pretty
old packages are being combined with the newer ones before
being posted and thus old packages that shouldn't be there
are, and some new ones are having contents overwritten?
