I never liked them myself since they were a pain to create (well, at
least years ago they were, dunno if they got better and stopped
hardcoding so much). But they were pretty and easy to use. I was
surprised they were pulled in an Update actually.

Well that 5.11 comes from Makefile.master not from the build system.
So while yes, it's intended to mean that it doesn't mean the packages
were built on nevada and not s10. Unfortunately I don't know how
they were built so I can't tell you what happened.
