I wish my gears were all in the digital domain ... If I am to transfer the stuffs
in WAVE format first, then I will have to get the signals out to the line in of
the soundcard ... Here's exactly the degradation will occur (I THINK).
You see, through the line out I can hear that nasty harddisk sound !
Not to mention the fan ,,, do you think the recording process is gonna
ignore all those noises ??
I am talking about a clean, near-perfect digital sound here ... coz it's goin'
to be a CD-audio.
Well, if it is true that to get the job done there should be a special-designed
h/w ,,, I guess I have to be satisfied to that indirect method.... ;-(
Transfer it to WAVE and burn it on to the CD, right ?
