There is lot of room to show improvements. JL Gaily reports games with more than 20 handicap gained by humans: http://gailly.net/go.html (in section computer go) So playing with 9 handi may not be enought, but i bet that Mogo (or crazystone or other very strong MC) can win very strong players with 13 handi (with optimal placement = ala japanese :-) Anyone want to bet ?
