Richard has a terrible QoS. Lots of pauses of fairly long duration. So even though his data rate may hit 20,000 there are so many pauses that his effective data rate is a quite low 6000. With all those pauses he can't stream. But my data rate is much lower than 6000 and I can stream fine because I have a steady feed. Perhaps if he can increase his data buffer streaming may work adequately? Wow.
