Acronis True Image Home.
Will do backups, clone, copy etc. Very good all around program.
Use it at church to do an incremental backup after having done a full
back up. External USB drive.

I think the issue is...what would you do if your computer totally
crashed. Your built-in backup wouldn't work then. If you want a
true back-up you need to have it somewhere off of the machine you're
backing up.
