That's what I'm finding out. . .in most cases. In Firefox, the
forward/back page combo is <alt-right arrow> or <alt-left arrow> in
Windows, but on the Mac it's <cmd-]> or <cmd-[>. Seemed kind of odd to
me. On my Mac, Page-up/down require the <Fn> key (I'm assuming that's
due to keyboard size (13in iBook), rather than OS design). The one that
I'd really like to find is "Home", as in take me to my home page
(<alt-Home> in Windoze). It's not detailed out in the drop down menu.
Another thing--one that I haven't really taken any time to figure out
(and one that sort of ties into the Vista thread)--is program start. In
windows, I have all of my most used programs setup to start with
keyboard shortcuts. <ctl-alt-I> starts iTunes, <ctl-alt-F> starts
Firefox, yadda-yadda. "So far" in OSX, I have to click on the icon on
the Dock(?). Only a minor inconvenience, I realize, but. . .

What I was saying is that I didn't know that the symbol they *use* for
<option> is supposed to *be* <option>. At least the <cmd> key has that
little flowery thing printed on it that they use in the menus.
I'll get to you off list for that-you know-list. Thanks.
