Watch you language!

It's almost always a good idea to start fresh with a new INSTAL OF 
WINDOWS when possible. The WINDOWS REGISTRY inevitably get messed up as 
you use a system for day-to-day work. When you upgrade WINDOWS in place, 
some portion of these things will simply pack up and move along with the 
new VERSION OF WINDOWS. Doing a fresh install cleans everything up.

Such extraordinaty precautions are usually not necessary when upgrading 
Linux or Mac OS X.
