Here's a GetConnected spot with a guy who installed OS X on a Dell Mini 9. It's no secret that this was possible, but I'd always heard that you needed a hacked version and that you had to change out some parts that would void the warranty (notably the wireless NIC). But he does it with a retail disk and no parts changes other than installing a bigger SSD (which does NOT void the warranty):
