Sorry, I don't think it's splitting hairs. You appeared to be alleging corporate malfeasance, but the example you supplied was employee embezzlement. It's ACORN again, with different players.
But, again, I'm not saying that there was never any corporate wrongdoing--only that your example wasn't it.
