That is not pertinent to the issue at hand. Don't give this guy crap. Maybe he has lost his job or something and simply cannot afford the newest release. Maybe he has no need for the latest. If he is smart enough to be on this list, then he is smart enough to determine his computing needs as based upon the ability to pay for them. Do you suggest that he go out and buy the latest, install it and still not be able to get it to work? No, he needs to solve the current problem before anything else.
