Nicht Vahr?

When it comes to your proposal I got it pretty clear.

Socialism is not always a bad way to go, but it is easily corrupted and co-opted, such as capitalism.

The problem with politicians is that they think they can keep everyone or a specific group happy. Problem is that is not always what is the reality in governing.

Governing means leading for the best for all people not just one constituency. (Try being a pastor, same problem)

If a politician is doing his/her job appropriately someone is always going to pissed at them. That is part of the landscape.

To make broadband truly accessible to all people you would have to make it a regulated, legislated commodity.

The same thing is happening with health care right now.

Anyway, French is a perfectly civilized and reasonable language.

The fact that I don't speak it very well is beside the point, my post was
strictly tongue in cheek, intended to describe an idealized telecom
utopia.

No significance beyond that. I'm sorry if I got anyone's ups in a ballroar.
