Terms are not unusual, what is unusual is the moving target Apple makes
those terms.  Apple has removed apps from the app store that have nothing to
do with keeping the iphone safe, what 'bad guys' are you saying they
dumped?

Wyatt Earp also posted simple rules and ordered them followed, I doubt he
walked up behind cowboys following those rules and clobbered em with the
butt of his gun because he made up a new rule that day.  Apple consistently
has approved apps and then come back months later to drop them, they can't
even follow their own rules, how can developers?
