Just tried the firmware update using concordance again,

Just to make sure it was not just a once off issue.
It was not, after firmware update, remote went into safe mode after it
restarted.
concordance segfaulted again, after the upgrade.

I kinda suspect the segfault there is due to the fact that the remote is no
longer visible to concordance.
Potentially another 'visibility check' required?

Successfully restored remote using windows again.
