So Ian (who to my amazement has still not broken down and joined the list :)
and I sat down tonight and figure out the last few kinks in the
config-update code for the 89x, and successfully programmed my 895!

There's still a TON of stuff to be done before this is ready for prime-time,
including, but not limited to:
 * Handling the file from the site directly (currently requires manual
unzipping and handing off the binary bits to concordance)
 * *massive* code cleanup
 * parsing the data.xml file for web interactions
 * figuring out how to integrate it into the larger libconcord API
(currently it's all custom code paths with custom command-line options to
enable it)
 * fix the handling of the HIDTCP teardown more gracefully

BUT... it works!!

PS. The biggest bug was a lack of waiting long enough. Currently fixed with
a sleep(10) as a hack, but fixing timeouts and adding proper retries will be
the real solution.
