OK, I pushed a change (to the harmony_link branch) that should fix the exception that you were getting when you clicked the "Setup Watch TV" button. As to your other issue of wanting to add a delay between PowerToggle commands - that is very similar to what Demetrio is looking to do. At this point, I am not sure how to do it, but I will keep investigating. It is possible it might be the InterDeviceDelay, but I am not sure how to set those values - those seem to be fixed, as far as I can tell, based on what devices you have, and I haven't seen the Logitech SW change them.
