OK, the problem you are seeing is that the website isn't receiving the response from congruity, or your web browser isn't noticing that the web server is ready to go on to the next step (more likely). I just tried with Ubuntu 16.04 with Firefox and it worked fine for me. Do you observe the browser reloading every few seconds when it is in that state at the end of the video? I don't see it reloading in your video. You could check for sure by opening Tools -> Web Developer -> Network and observe whether the browser is making periodic requests every few seconds while in that state. If not, I would check your settings. Is Javascript disabled? Do you have some other extension that could be blocking the auto-refresh? Etc.
