[Confirme] Apache et http://localhost/~toto

Bonjours a tous,

J'utilise la MDK 7.2 avec serveur apache installe qui fonctionne.

J'ai cree dans mon repertoire personnel un repertoire /home/toto/public_html et depose 
un index.html.

J'ai le message d'erreur suivant en lancant a partir de netscape :

http://localhost/~toto

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /~toto on this server.

Comment faire ?
