Potentially the same host I'm using for the wiki could also run the mailing list, if you think it would be an improvement. Obviously the performance of the wiki isn't great, but maybe the host would be good enough for the mailing list. I believe (though I'll have to check later to be sure) that the mailing list server is not running on the same machine as the web server running the wiki.
