There are three petitions: The school board's, No. 02-1624, the US's, No. 02-1574,a nd Newdow's, No. 03-07. Each petition from a different part of the Ninth Circuit's ruling. Newdow has filed briefs in all three cases. The Court did not rule on any of the three petitions.
